About the role
Caddy Storage Marketing is seeking an experienced Automotive Electrician to join our team in Blacktown, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair & maintenance of electrical and electronic systems in a variety of vehicles.
What you'll be doing
Installing a variety of accessories ranging from work lights, compressors & Arrow boards to inverters & dual battery management systems
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles
Bespoke Wiring Harness for custom fit-outs
Interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and high-quality Installations
Along with Custom fit-outs, the work is clean and, for the most part, the successful applicants will be working on new vehicles
What we're looking for
Formal qualification in Automotive Electrical or Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
Proven experience as an Automotive Electrician, preferably within the automotive retail or repair industry
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues
Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning
