About the role

Higgins Property Services' is seeking a reliable and meticulous Display Home Cleaner to join our team for an immediate start. Based in Worongary, QLD 4213, this role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of display homes to the highest standard.

What are the hours?

Monday to Friday - 6am to 10am

20 - 25 Hours per week - Casual or Part time position available (sub contractors encouraged to apply)

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and maintain display homes to an exceptional standard

Perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitising

Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings are left spotless

Stock and restock cleaning supplies as required

Liaise with the display home coordinator to address any issues or concerns

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role

Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
