About the Role:

Due to recent growth in our client base, we are seeking an experienced cleaner. We prioritise our workers and clients safety and wellbeing above all else.

We are seeking a cleaner who is compassionate, motivated, good communicator, empathetic and driven to provide support and care to clients with a range of needs. A moderate level of fitness is desired (due to the nature of the work)

Due to client requirements, this role requires excellent verbal communication in English, including the ability to speak clearly and be easily understood.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

Dusting surfaces

Vacuuming the house, including behind doors and routinely under beds (to prevent dust build up)

Mopping after vacuuming, ensuring that the mopped areas are not slipping hazards before you've left the premises)

Listening and understanding clients cleaning requests, as each client may have different requirements

Bathrooms and showers: ensuring no chemicals are left behind after cleaning

Skills and Competencies

Competent writing (for notes), Comprehension, and Verbal skills.

Proficient computer skills, with easy access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Ability to follow instructions and work within the limitations of the position.

Ability to work independently

Requirements

First Aid and CPR (Preferred)

Reliable Vehicle with a Current QLD Drivers License.

Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening (Or willing to obtain)

NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (Completed prior to commencement)
