Global College Australasia is a leading international education provider, committed to academic excellence and student success. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to support our financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial records, reports, and statements for the college.

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and institutional policies.

Process tuition payments, invoices, and reconciliations.

Support audits and tax filings.

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve financial processes.

Provide budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis reports to the CFO.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in the international education sector.

Proficiency in using student management systems for administrative and financial tasks

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of PRISMS enrolment and tuition fee reporting.

Experience in Tuition Protection Service (TPS) reporting and compliance.
