ROLE:

• Compile accurate and detailed technical reports on job progress and outcomes
• Conduct Maintenance work on transformers
• Manage a team of technicians and coordinate daily work schedules
• Oversee materials assessments, generate materials lists, and coordinate purchasing
• Ensure efficient use of resources, while maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure timely project delivery

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

We're looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Transformer Technician who brings industry experience and a strong focus on safety, quality, and team management.

To be successful, you will need:

• Experience working in a hands on position
• experience working on Transformers in some capacity
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage workshop resources
• Experience with report writing, purchasing, and planning of technical projects
• A proactive, safety-first approach to your work
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
