As a member of our service department, you will receive comprehensive BMW training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the latest BMW technology and repair procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups with precision and efficiency
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and software to quickly identify and resolve problems
• Receive ongoing BMW training to stay current with the latest BMW model releases and advancements in technology
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, customers, and team members to provide a seamless and positive experience

Requirements:

• Hold a Technician certification or equivalent
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of diagnostic equipment and software
• Possess the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
