Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) is a separate division of Centrecare Incorporated which delivers Employee Assistance Programs and other wellbeing services to the highest standard. About the role:
First point of contact role for all clients and enquiries within the branch, this busy and fast-paced environment requires handling multiple queries and follow procedures for multiple services offered, including:
- Manage multiple calendars for appointment bookings.
- Answer calls promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance, including referring to other branches or agencies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a small administrative team.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar client services / reception environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs and ability to learn our internal booking and records systems.
- Business certificate at TAFE preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be part of a team, contributing towards culturally responsive, quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.
- Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
