The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established packaging company based in Narangba. This is a permanent full-time role offering steady hours, long-term security and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimise downtime
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and improvements
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with WHS standards and company procedures

About You:

• Trade qualified Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is highly regarded
• Strong mechanical aptitude with fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• A team player with a hands-on, proactive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
