The Opportunity

We’re actively looking for two experienced and qualified plumbers to join our high-performing team. This is an opportunity to step into a role where your skills and experience are genuinely valued and respected. You’ll be doing real plumbing—not sales—and working with clients who appreciate your knowledge and skill. With consistent work and a collaborative team environment, you’ll feel supported from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Delivering a wide variety of commercial maintenance solutions across Brisbane.

· Using drain clearing tools and cameras to identify and solve drainage issues.

· Installing and maintaining plumbing systems.

· Working autonomously and in coordination with our operations team and fellow technicians.

· Engaging with clients respectfully and professionally, upholding PDR’s values.

· Keeping accurate job records and contributing to a clean, safe worksite every time.

· Mentoring apprentices and sharing your trade knowledge.

· Engaging in further formal and informal training to ensure career progression.

About You

· Trade Qualified with experience in service and maintenance plumbing.

· Experienced in commercial and residential plumbing work.

· Current manual driver’s licence and white card.

· Gas, TMV and Backflow tickets (highly regarded).

· Self-motivated with a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

· Good communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude.

· Strong understanding of safety procedures.
