Job Title: Customer Advisor
Location: Brisbane, Queensland
Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role: We are seeking a team of dedicated and skilled Customer Advisors to assist with end-to-end claims management in Brisbane CBD. Our client prides itself on its people-first methodology coupled with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering clear information and support to claimants
  • Employ strong problem-solving skills, to navigate complex cases
  • Exhibit resilience in handling challenging situations and maintaining a positive attitude

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a corporate customer service role that requires problem-solving and administration
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proven track record in a solutions-focused environment dealing with vulnerable or emotional customers
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a claims advisory is highly regarded
