The suitable applicant will be well rounded in the Building Maintenance Industry with knowledge in all aspects of Construction. Attention to safety is paramount, along with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Some knowledge of landscaping work is favourable along with good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. You may be required at times to support the Project team.

Qualifications

Driver Licence (Manual Required)

Carpentry Cert III or above favourable but not necessary

Blue Card or ability to obtain one

The successful Candidate will

Have current Building Maintenance / Project Experience

Be well-presented, punctual and trustworthy

Have excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Have an excellent work ethic and great communication skills

Be able to work weekends and/or travel overnight when required. With the overnight works, the costs are covered by the business.

Be legally entitled to work in Australia

Need a Current National Police check or ability to obtain one
