MANKiND, Surry Hills' premier medispa, is expanding and looking for a skilled and dedicated Dermal Therapist / Beauty Therapist / Aesthetician / Beauty Clinician to join our exceptional team. About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Dermal or Beauty Therapist at MANKiND, you will be the heart of the client experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering advanced dermal therapies and personalized skincare treatments, including:

Confident and experienced in Advance Treatments; Facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Laser, and LED light therapy

Conducting skin assessments and consultations to create tailored treatment plans

Educating clients on the best skincare routines and product recommendations for achieving their skin health goals

Keeping detailed client records and ensuring the clinic is well-maintained and organized

Upholding the highest standards of health and safety in our clinic

Waxing experience (including Brazilian waxing) is a plus, but not required

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

A Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Dermal Therapy or related field

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dermal therapy role, ideally in a medispa or clinic setting

Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and advanced treatments

Familiarity with Dermalogica, Murad, and Aspect products is advantageous

Excellent customer service skills, with a consultative approach to client care

Fantastic time management and organizational abilities

A passion for ongoing learning and professional development in skincare
