We’re recruiting experienced Dermal Therapists for two highly respected skin clinics in Sydney — one in Concord, one in Randwick.

These aren’t entry-level or retail-focused roles. You’ll be working with real skin conditions, advanced technology, and teams who take skin seriously — just like you.

ROLE 1: Dermal Therapist – Concord

3–4 Days Per Week | Immediate Start | Established Clinic with Advanced Treatments

Join a well-established Concord clinic known for its results-driven approach, loyal client base, and strong clinical standards.

Key Details:

Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + some Saturdays

Pay: $30–$40 per hour + generous commission (potential to earn an extra $1,000/month)

Treatments: AquaGold®, carbon facials, HydraFacial™, skin needling, LED

Training: Ongoing development in advanced technologies and protocols

Team: Supportive, respectful, and built on strong values

What They’re Looking For:

At least 2+ years of experience in dermal therapy

Diploma or Degree in Dermal Therapy (or similar)

Skilled in skin analysis and personalised treatment plans

Committed to high safety and infection control standards

ROLE 2: Senior Dermal Therapist – Randwick

2 Days Per Week | Tues & Wed 9am–7pm | Clinical Excellence with 20+ Year Legacy

Join one of Sydney’s most respected skin clinics in the Eastern Suburbs. With a high-performing team and loyal client base, this is a rare opportunity to do meaningful work in an environment that supports growth and clinical integrity.

Key Details:

Days: Tuesday & Wednesday, 9am–7pm (19 hrs/week)

Diploma or Degree in Dermal Therapy (or similar)

Pay: $35–$40 per hour + super + bonuses

Treatments: CO2 laser, BBL, Ultraformer, Universkin, skin needling, peels

Environment: Supportive, structured, no laser hair removal – just real skin

What They’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in advanced dermal therapies

Comfortable with a variety of high-end devices and treatment plans

Professional, emotionally intelligent, and growth-oriented

Strong communicator who works well in a close-knit team
