Montessori Casa is a long day care and early learning centre dedicated to the care and education of children using the Montessori philosophy. We are a small centre with a tight-knit team of educators working in a mixed age group classroom (24 months to 6yrs).

We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to become part of our team and work with us from 8:30am to 3:30pm for 2 to 5 days/week.

Based on your qualifications and experience you will be across your classroom and administrative responsibilities under the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

If you have no previous experience working in a Montessori classroom, you will need flexibility in your thinking to adapt your skills and behaviours to work effectively with the Montessori Curriculum and overarching philosophy. We will support you with formal and informal training to learn the Montessori Curriculum and the behaviours expected of all staff within this nurturing environment.
