About the role

Join the team at Litchfield Roofing Pty Ltd as a Roof Plumber Apprentice. This full-time, site-based role will provide you with the opportunity to learn the skills and gain the experience to become a qualified Roof Plumber.

What you'll be doing

• Work in a team environment to install metal roofing, wall cladding, guttering/downpipes and height safety systems.
• Learn how to read and interpret building plans and specifications
• Develop skills in the safe use of roofing tools and equipment
• Participate in on-the-job training and attend TAFE to complete Certificate III in Roof Plumbing trade course and be enrolled in various other training throughout your apprenticeship such as Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) ticket, scaffolding ticket and Working at Heights training.

What we're looking for

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn the Roof Plumbing trade
• Good problem-solving and practical skills
• Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment
• A positive attitude and strong team player
• Minimum P1 drivers' licence and daily access to a vehicle.
