The Role
We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and skilled Bitumen Sprayer Driver to join our team in Humpty Doo, NT. This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period, offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the Territory. FIFO opportunities are available, and travel to remote areas is required.

As a Bitumen Sprayer Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road construction projects, operating and maintaining bitumen spraying equipment. You'll work closely with our crew to ensure high-quality application and adherence to safety standards.

Mandatory Requirements

HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck Licence or higher

White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Dangerous Goods License - Essential!

Prior experience in Bitumen Sprayers Essential!

Able to work in remote locations

Ability to pass pre-employment medical required

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Unit or certification in Bitumen Sprayer Operations

Tickets for Loader, Forklift, Bobcat, and Roller

Previous experience in bitumen, asphalt, or road construction is highly regarded

Highly desirable MC License

Key Responsibilities

Operate bitumen spray trucks and related equipment

Perform pre-start inspections and minor maintenance

Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality bitumen application

Work in compliance with environmental and safety standards

Collaborate with other team members on site

Travel to remote NT locations as required

What We Offer

Full-time employment with a 6-month probation period

Flat hourly rate of $50–$80, based on experience and qualifications

1 (RDO) per month

FIFO opportunities - (to Darwin)

Work whilst see the remote parts of the NT
