As our Print Finisher, you will be the crucial final step in our production process, ensuring every job leaves looking its absolute best. You'll be responsible for a variety of finishing tasks, organising your work area for optimal efficiency, liaising with the Team on job priorities, handling despatch, and meticulously performing quality checks. This hands-on role requires experience with equipment like binders, laminators, guillotines, celloglazers, inline stiching, application tables, mail inserters as well as skill in hand-finishing and collation. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact client satisfaction and our reputation for excellence, giving you a significant sense of ownership over the final product. This role is perfect for someone who finds satisfaction in precision and tangible results.
