Since the business’s inception in December 2022, we have experienced rapid growth and are seeking a skilled interior finishes tradesmen. The work primarily is based within Brisbane metro areas, however, a drivers license and own transport may be required to complete works on the sunshine and gold coast. The role would ideally suit a skilled signwriter/joiner/interior finishes tradesmen with high attention to detail as the products we install are typically the end finish and pay a key role in not just the acoustic performance, but also the aesthetics of the space.

About the role:

Full time - ongoing

Installation of wall and ceiling acoustic panels & systems

Work primarily indoors

Minimal labour compared to other trades

Office located in Morningside QLD, with travel to Sunshine and Gold Coast may be required

Directly reporting to the project manager or lead installer on the project

Consists of new build work direct with head contractors, and refurbishment work direct with end client

Remuneration: Relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation

About you:

Skilled and competent with use of 18V power tools and accessory items such as stanley knife/track saw use for trimming products to suit onsite conditions

Ability to read plans and installation details

Well spoken and calm in environments where out of the box thinking is required to complete works

Experience with trade work such as sign writing, joinery, tiling, etc is desirable but not-mandatory

Experience working at heights, including EWP’s

Have a current QLD White Card

Have a current drivers license
