Job role

We are seeking Trade Qualified Diesel Fitters to join our dynamic maintenance team based in Rockhampton. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a broad range of civil, mining, and quarry equipment.

With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality, your tasks will include pre-hire inspections, basic servicing, breakdown repairs, and component overhauls across various local sites. This role is ideal for experienced diesel fitters who are eager to work on a 7-on / 7-off roster, enjoy work-life balance, and want the benefit of being home every night.

Qualifications & experience

Trade qualified diesel fitters

Current Drivers licence

Minimum 2-4 years trade qualified (depending on experience)

Available to work a 7on 7off roster

Local to Rockhampton

Experience in civil mining and highway equipment

Minimum 3 references

Tasks & responsibilities

From dozers and diggers to crushers and trucks, we service a large variety of equipment from pre-hire inspections to component overhauls.

Basic servicing to brake down maintenance throughout different sites and maintain a consistency of work while being home every night.
