A thriving construction business operating nationally is seeking an HSEQ Coordinator in Adelaide.

Your new company

A commercial construction firm specialising in new build projects up to $35m, is currently seeking an HSEQ Coordinator to join their team in Adelaide. Initially working on a $10m Defence project in Edinburgh, baseline defence clearance will be a requirement for the role.

Your new role

• Assist HSEQ Manager maintain safety standards and practices on site.
  
• Work with Hammertech throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Mentor and train staff members on the company's HSEQ system
  
• Provide regular updates on project status
  
• Undertake audits on projects against contract requirements
  
• Ensure safe work practices maintained on site
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Eligible to work in Australia. (must be Australian Citizen as working on Defence projects)
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Valid driving licence and eligible for Defence Security Clearance (no criminal record).
• Certificate or tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, WHS/HSE, or a trade.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project optional).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
