You'll join a genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team including psychology, occupational therapy, social work, and rehabilitation counselling, united by shared passion for excellence and progress.

Why This Role?

This is a therapy-focused role with a stable, sustainable caseload. You’ll work with private and funded clients including adults, adolescents, and children across mental health, disability (NDIS), and broader wellbeing. There’s also scope to provide professional services to other businesses if aligned with your interests.

You’ll focus on therapy, clinical assessments, and meaningful written correspondence.

We’ve built the role to prioritise impact and integrity, not just throughput:

Work 4 days/week (our sweet spot), with flexibility for 2–3 days or full-time

Collaborate with a warm, multidisciplinary team (psychs, OTs, social workers, rehab counsellor)

Engage in peer consultation, shared clinical thinking, and creativity

Optional: contribute supervision, PD, or consulting if that's your thing!

Salary: $100K–$150K pro-rata + Super + Bonus + PD

You’ll thrive with us if you:

Hold full AHPRA registration (general or clinical) and you're eligible for a Medicare Provider Number

Have a proven referral network and the readiness to generate momentum from day one
