Bookkeeper / Landsdale / Permanent / $85,000 - $90,000 / Hybrid / Flexibility / Onsite Parking / Supportive Culture

A leading engineering & distribution business with sites across Western Australia are looking to recruit a skilled Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. Continued growth along with a full order book for at least the next five years has led to this role being recruited. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the financial activities of the organisation, ensuring all invoices are processed correctly and managing payroll. Bookkeeper's key duties will include:

• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements
• Managing payroll and superannuation using MYOB (or similar accounting software)
• Generating and issuing invoices
• Following up on outstanding payments/debt collection
• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing BAS, PAYG, and other compliance reporting
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
• General office administration and support as required
• Maintaining confidentiality of financial and personnel information

Key skills required:

• Experience of being in a similar role
• Confident with systems including MYOB & Excel
• Experience of working within either a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment.
• Excellent & confident communication skills
