SolaX Power is a world leading solar inverters and batteries manufacturer, which has business worldwide. SolaX Power AU is one of Solax's major subsidiary corporation.

About the role

The role will be based in Wingfield SA 5013 and mainly be on site for technical service tasks, otherwise will be working from office with online or assigned service tasks, main tasks are:

1. Reviewing solar PV and BESS design and solution for the SolaX product user

2. Assisting with solar PV system commissioning on-site

3. Site visits to diagnose and troubleshoot issues

4. Replacing products on-site if needed

5. Handling customer service enquiries via email and phone calls

6. Performing products and technical training to solar installers and users

Skills and experience

Skills and experience

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or above background

Solar PV and BESS design knowledge

Solar experience preferred - training provided

Behaves ethically and professionally at all times

Strong customer focus (internal and external)

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively translate ideas, concepts and information

Be a results-oriented professional

Strong time management skills

Being proactive and supportive of other team members within the business

Organised and systematic in the job tasks

Strong attention to detail

A proven ability to perform as a multitasker
