What you’ll be doing:

• Interpreting and implementing QA processes to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital assets, with a focus on Tosca automation.
• Developing, translating, and executing test plans based on both functional and non-functional requirements, using manual and automated methods.
• Collaborating closely with analysts, developers, and the broader QA team to analyse user stories, clarify requirements, and improve solution designs.
• Creating and executing automation test scripts, analysing results, and documenting procedures, outcomes, and issues.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues across multiple systems, working with team members to resolve problems efficiently.
• Balancing time, cost, risk, and quality expectations while championing a culture of continuous improvement in QA practices.

Experience required:

• Minimum 5 years as a QA Engineer with proven expertise in Tosca automated QA solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing both manual and Tosca automated test scripts.
• Experience in agile environments and with testing APIs (Postman or similar).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), Jira, Zephyr, qTest, and strong SQL/database skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Industry certification in QA (ISTQB Foundation or similar) and relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
