The City of Karratha is seeking a dynamic and innovative People & Culture Project Officer to join our team for 6 months and deliver on a wide range of projects and initiatives. You’ll pick up the reigns while the current Project Officer enjoys a long family holiday, as well lead as a select range of new projects and initiatives all intended to improve the City’s employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of current HR projects focused on employee wellbeing, engagement, and organisational culture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively planned, communicated, and evaluated.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in systems, processes, and employee feedback mechanisms.

- You have experience working in human resources or organisational development, preferably with
- exposure to project-based work.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy balancing multiple priorities.
- You’re passionate about improving the employee experience and making a positive difference.
