$90k–$95k + super (up to $105k for the right person)

About the role

• Mid-level Owners Corporation portfolio (approx. 18–22 buildings / 500–650 lots)
• End-to-end management with internal support for maintenance and ops
• Reasonable after-hours expectations – and you get 25% of the meeting fee when you attend
• Based in Toorak with most buildings nearby

What you’ll be doing

• Attending AGMs and committee meetings (after hours paid)
• Preparing budgets, managing financials, and overseeing maintenance
• Working closely with owners, committees, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with OC Act and strata regulations
• Using strata software to keep everything organised and on track

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years+ experience in an Owners Corporation Manager role
• Calm, clear communicator who builds trust with clients and committees
• Someone who knows how to manage their portfolio – and their time
• Experience with Urbanise, StrataMax or similar is ideal
• Ready to start ASAP (but we can wait a little for the right person)
