About the Position: Raw Production Process Worker

Ilonka Foods is seeking a reliable and punctual Raw Production Process Worker to join our family business in Bentley. This full-time role is crucial in our raw production rooms, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our initial processing stages.

Usual working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Meat Processing & Packing: Efficiently handle and pack raw meat products.

Vacuum Packing & Sealing: Prepare raw products for further processing or storage.

General Knife Use: Perform cutting and trimming tasks as required.

Operation of Plant Machinery & Equipment: Safely operate various production equipment in the raw processing area.

Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and chillers, strictly following hygiene and safety guidelines.

Compliance: Adhere to OH&S, GMP, and HACCP standards.

Perform consistent heavy lifting: as required by production demands.

Demonstrate speed and agility: within a fast-paced production environment.

Apply strong problem-solving skills: to anticipate and address issues, ensuring continuous workflow.

Efficiency & Precision: The ability to work quickly and meticulously while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Strong Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively demonstrate efficient work practices.

Adaptability & Initiative: The capacity to learn quickly, adapt to evolving business needs, and demonstrate initiative to minimize downtime.

Team Player: The ability to work both efficiently alone and collaboratively within a team environment.

Reliability & Punctuality: A consistent and dependable approach to work, especially with a 6:00 AM start.
