About the role
As a Registered Nurse reporting to the on-duty Nurse or Supervisor you will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and medication administration to residents
• Collaborate with the care team to develop, implement, and review care plans
• Provide leadership and coaching to Enrolled Nurses and Assistants
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with aged care standards and safety protocols
• Support residents and their families through education and compassionate care

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Australian recognised Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 6 months aged care experience in Australia
• COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses + booster) and flu vaccination
• Valid National Police Check (within 12 months) and 100 points ID
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Valid work rights and NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain
