We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Common Areas Cleaner to join our dedicated team. This role plays a vital part in keeping our buildings and facilities clean, safe, and looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of shared building areas including lobbies, stairwells, lifts, corridors, and amenities.

Clean and sanitise high-touch surfaces, doors, handrails, and other common contact points.

Remove rubbish and maintain tidy bin areas.

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks as required.

About You:

Previous cleaning experience in a resort, hotel, or residential complex preferred.

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks and outdoor work in a tropical climate.

Reliable and punctual.
