About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide clinical expertise and leadership in the provision of Pharmacy services to multiple specialty Pharmacy work units, Multidisciplinary teams and the Dispensary within Redcliffe Hospital throughout Metro North Hospital and Health Service and to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health in accordance with organisational goals.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Demonstrate high-level clinical knowledge, skills and leadership, in the medication management of patients. This includes identifying and introducing new clinical pharmacy practices that can result in improved medication use (clinical and cost effective).
• Be recognised as a reference point within the multidisciplinary clinical and pharmacy teams.
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of the continuum of care and the organisational provision of a multidisciplinary health service.
