About the Role

We are seeking an Authorised Prescriber (MD) based in Tasmania to provide telehealth consultations for our eligible Veteran demographic seeking medicinal cannabis treatment. Although this is a fully remote/work-from-home role, you must reside in Tasmania to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth assessments for medicinal cannabis.

Obtain DVA authority for prescriptions.

Identify patients needing specialist referrals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Collaborate with other prescribers as needed.

Requirements

Essential: AHPRA registration, Medical Degree, Prescriber Number, Medical Indemnity Insurance, ABN.

Location requirement: Must reside in Tasmania (even though the role is remote).
