What’s On Offer?

• Salary from $105,000 - $120,000 + Super commensurate with experience + superannuation + bonuses
• $6,000 Relocation Allowance to support your move

• At least 1 Day Work From Home per week (flexible) for assessments, with flexibility on location and delivery model
• Flexible Role Design: Clinic-based, hybrid, or tailored to your preferred working style
• True Value on Your Time: Billable hours include 50 mins of therapy, 10 mins of notes, plus 50 mins of billed preparation per client

About the Clinic & Your Role:

• Clinician-led allied health clinic in West Brisbane near Eastern Heights, founded by Occupational Therapists
• Focused on personalised, impact-driven care
• OT team has grown from 2 to 10 in just 18 months
• Now expanding to include Speech Pathology services
• Large, Mixed-age waitlist already in place- no need to build referrals
• Opportunity to build and lead the Speech Pathology arm from the ground up

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Preference for previous leadership experience - but not essential
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers license and own vehicle
