Assembly Operatives

Spectra Recruitment is excited to present an incredible opportunity for multiple Production Assemblers to join a national industry leader at their state-of-the-art facility in Stapylton, QLD. Location: Stapylton, QLD – just off the Pacific Motorway, with easy access and plenty of nearby amenities

Shifts & Pay Rates (Monday to Friday):

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 3:30pm | $33.78/hr + penalties
• Night Shift: 3:30pm – 1:00am | $40.54/hr + penalties

All shifts attract additional penalty rates for overtime and relevant hours.

We’re Looking For Candidates Who Have:

• Reliable transport to and from work
• Previous experience in production assembly (highly regarded)
• Competency using hand and power tools
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Physical fitness and comfort working in hot environments
• Must be currently residing in Australia
