Subway Shamim Group is looking for an experienced Multi Store Manager (MSM) to join their team in the Shailer Park, QLD. This role will suit a professional, highly motivated, operations-focused applicant who has had previous Management experience and is flexible to work in different areas across Shailer Park, QLD. The individual will be focused on the delivery of Subway Standards, can motivate a team & maintain the KPIs set by HQ. The potential stores the MSM could oversee are:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain WH&S standards within the restaurant

Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times

Set goals and action plans for the Restaurants

Implementation and follow-up of Food Safety procedures

Ability to meet financial budget, where necessary coach and lead teams to reduce costs

Oversee staffing rosters within the region while maintaining labour goal

Coach store managers to lead a great teams

Work under the Assistant General Manager and General Manager and follow advice

Skills and Experience

Ability to demonstrate results/performance

The ability to train and develop team members

Proven staff management and leadership skills

A hands-on approach

Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication

A focus on policies and procedures

A passion for delivering high standards of customer service

Attention to detail

Must have the right to work in Australia

Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and has access to a car.

Salary and Benefits

$70,000 + 11.5% SUPER or part time equivalent
