Join a builder that doesn’t cut corners. They are known for producing high-end, architecturally driven residential projects – everything from boutique apartment builds to some of Melbourne’s most talked-about townhouses. This CA role is all about getting stuck into the detail and taking pride in delivering beautiful, technically complex builds.

About the job

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of 15 (office and site mix) and working closely with PMs, Site Managers, and Directors across multi-residential D&C builds in the $5–15m range. These aren’t cookie-cutter builds – they’re design-heavy and full of character, which means your eye for detail and ability to stay on top of moving parts will be critical.

Key responsibilities:

• Full scope CA duties across build lifecycle – tendering, letting, contracts, reporting, and close-out
• Managing scopes, compliance, subcontractor negotiations, site coordination and documentation
• Financials: tracking project costs, claims, invoicing, forecasting and monthly reporting
• Use of Procore (correspondence & tendering), Buildpass (OHS), Xero, and MS Project (Gantt control)

Skills and experience

• Solid experience as a CA on townhouse and apartment D&C projects
• Comfortable with project values between $5m–$15m
• Strong network of local subcontractors
• Procore experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
• Sharp attention to detail and strong financial/commercial acumen
