Attractive and Competitive Salary: $30.47 per hour - $35.41 per hour + 11.5% Superannuation + Additional Allowances

The Opportunity

As a Retail Outlet Attendant, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the recycled materials retail outlet. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing stock flow, and supporting recycling and waste minimisation efforts. You will handle a wide range of tasks including sales transactions, cash handling, stock collection, repair, and presentation of goods. The role also involves educating the public on sustainable practices, maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards, and contributing to outreach through social media and other communication channels.

What you'll need to succeed (Essential Criteria)

Experience with a retail/ customer service environment

Proven commitment to providing quality customer experience

Knowledge of P.O.S systems

Open communications and willingness to engage with customers

Excellent time management

Current Class C driver’s license

Demonstrated experience using online technological platforms
