Q Kids Sport is on the lookout for an energetic and reliable Weekend Sports Party Coach to run high-energy birthday parties for primary-aged kids across Brisbane. If you love sport, know how to keep kids engaged, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences, this is for you!

This role includes light admin duties during the week – handling emails with clients, confirming bookings, and helping ensure each event runs smoothly. You’ll be the main point of contact for party clients, so strong communication and planning skills are essential.

You’ll run a mix of relay races, competitive games, fun skill challenges and sports-based activities — bringing excitement, structure, and smiles to every party.

All equipment and uniform are provided. You’ll receive training and shadowing from our current party coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Run 60-90-minute sports parties on weekends

Communicate with clients via email to coordinate bookings

Organise party details and respond to client needs

Lead engaging, age-appropriate sports and group activities

Represent Q Kids Sport in a fun, professional way

What You Get:

$115 per 60-minute party (includes prep and comms)

You’ll Need:

Experience coaching or working with children (e.g. Sport, OSHC)

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Paid Blue Card

First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to get)

Sports-related qualification (e.g., Cert III or coaching course)

Own transport and weekend availability
