About the Role

You’ll be overseeing our after-school sports clinics, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the high standards of Little Maynes Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the delivery of daily sports clinics (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM)

Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children

Ensure all children are accounted for and well cared for

Support and hold coaches accountable to uphold our academy's standards

Provide feedback to coaches after each session

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and leadership when needed

Uphold and promote the values and reputation of Little Maynes Academy

What We’re Looking For:

MUST have experience coaching and supervising sporting events

Strong leadership and communication skills

High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate others

Organised, reliable, and safety-conscious

A passion for youth development through sport

Availability:

You must be available Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
