We’re now offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious A-Grade Electrician to step into the world of project management.

The Role

This is an ideal position for an A-Grade Electrician who has recently completed training and is eager to develop project management skills/foreman skills. You’ll be working across a range of basic residential and commercial projects with the full support of our experienced engineers. You’ll also lead a small team, gaining valuable leadership experience in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day electrical tasks on small to medium projects

Lead a small team of trades and apprentices

Liaise with clients and report to senior management

Coordinate with our in-house engineering team for technical support

Ensure compliance with all safety and electrical standards

What We’re Looking For

Current A-Grade Electrical License (Victoria or equivalent)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A proactive attitude and readiness to step into a leadership role

Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
