About the role
We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Officer to support day-to-day operations across our Darlinghurst Private Hospital Campus. This role plays a critical part in managing preventive and reactive maintenance, contractor performance and compliance - while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Work closely with the team to build strong relationships with the hospital and provide exceptional customer service whilst ensuring that the services and systems are maintained in accordance with relevant Australian standards, legislation and guidelines in a safe and professional manner.
About you
- Recent experience working within a facilities role minimum 2 years
- Trade qualifications and background would be beneficial or and understanding of building and trade services
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team and demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate and manage facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of services.
- Manage service requests and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner.
