Eight Willows Retreat is a 4.5-star luxury accommodation and event venue set on 75 acres of picturesque bushland in the heart of the Margaret River region. With 27 self-contained chalets and a purpose-built Function Centre, we host everything from weddings and corporate events to relaxing nature getaways.

We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance & Grounds Person to help us maintain the beauty and functionality of our 75-acre retreat. Whether you’re looking for permanent or casual hours, this role offers variety, outdoor work, and the chance to be part of a supportive team in a truly spectacular setting.

Your Day-to-Day May Include:
• General repairs and maintenance across chalets and facilities
• Operation of garden equipment and ride-on mowers
• Wedding and function setup and pack down
• Preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Responding to guest or staff maintenance requests
• Garden, orchard, and lawn upkeep
• Weed and pest control, fire break clearance, and bushfire safety tasks

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Has hands-on handyman or maintenance experience (trade qualified ideal but not essential)
• Is confident using power tools and garden machinery
• Has initiative, problem-solving skills, and good time management
• Is fit and enjoys working outdoors in a variety of tasks
• Is flexible and willing to help across teams when needed
