Our Speech Pathology team works with clients across the lifespan — from toddlers to older Australians — through a flexible model of care delivered in homes, communities, or from our warm, welcoming Penrith clinic. Make a Difference Every Day
As a Speech Pathologist with Avina, you’ll deliver high-quality, culturally appropriate services to clients with communication and/or mealtime needs, including:

• Assessing and treating speech, language, literacy, voice, and swallowing challenges using evidence-based approaches
• Creating personalised therapy plans aligned to individual goals and NDIS outcomes
• Collaborating with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care
• Providing education and tools to build capacity in the environments that matter most to clients
• Managing your caseload with integrity and autonomy — from your home, community, or clinic
• Travelling within a 30 min radius, using your own car or opting into our pool car system for ease

Service areas span from Penrith to Windsor, Blacktown, Katoomba, andsurrounds - with a caseload that makes sense for you & your areas of passion & lifestyle!

You’ll Thrive if You…
You’re someone who values impact over ego, and purpose over pressure. You’ll bring:

• A degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience supporting people with disability and a commitment to inclusive, strengths-based care
• A flexible, proactive, and evidence-informed mindset
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver’s License and unrestricted working rights in Australia
