URM Environmental Services is a dynamic waste management company committed to providing excellent services to our clients while maintaining a sustainable environment. We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Waste Loader.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with runners/offsiders to ensure smooth operations

· Ensure personal PPE) is used and maintained, reporting, and addressing any hazards promptly

· Follow all operational instructions

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

· Assist the driver in navigating and ensuring safe operation of the waste collection vehicle.

What We Expect:

· Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy loads

· Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

· A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

· Excellent communication skills

· Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

· Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to company procedures

· Valid driver’s license is a plus

· Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
