About the role

At Colac Port Adl, we are seeking casual floor staff and bartenders to play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience in our vibrant, fast-paced hospitality venue. In this casual position, you will be responsible for a range of front-of-house duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our bar and restaurant.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient table service to customers

Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our menu and specifications

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar and dining areas

Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation

Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed

Contributing to a positive team environment and providing excellent customer service

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting

Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Good knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail skills preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or the willingness to obtain one
