Located in a beautifully restored 1920s Art Deco building in the heart of Prospect, we’re home to two cult-loved eateries:

Sunny’s Shop – punchy Thai street eats

Mr Chan – a modern nod to old-school Cantonese classics

We’re Hiring For:

Section Waiters – confident in managing their own section and creating standout guest experiences

All-Rounders – adaptable legends who can move between the floor, bar, and host duties with ease

Bartenders – skilled drink slingers who know their way around cocktails, wine, and everything in between

Whether you're experienced or up-and-coming, if you’ve got the right energy and work ethic — we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be the face of our venue: taking orders, pouring cocktails, swapping banter, and keeping the floor running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism

Recommending dishes from both menus with confidence and care

Taking orders efficiently and ensuring timely service

Maintaining a clean, organised, and calm service area

Handling guest feedback or requests with grace and problem-solving

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, switched-on attitude

Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and team-oriented

Available across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
