About the role

We are seeking a Cellars Attendant to join our team at COLAC Port Adl.This is a casual role, where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cellars. Knowledge of Australian beer, wine and spirits will be highly regarded, but staff training and tasting will be provided to the right candidates.

What you'll be doing

Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the cellars

Assisting customers with product selection and providing recommendations

Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash/payments

Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the retail or hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
