About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated Injection Moulding Operator to join our small, tight-knit team. What you'll be doing

Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts and components

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent product quality

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain optimal working condition

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant qualifications or certifications in injection moulding or plastics technology would be highly regarded
