The Company:

We’re partnering with a well-established commercial builder known for delivering high-quality projects across NSW. With a strong pipeline of regional work, they’re looking for an experienced HSE Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis in Dubbo.

This is a standalone, site-based role, ideal for someone who thrives working independently but still wants connection and support from a broader HSEQ team based in Sydney. You'll play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained across multiple regional projects.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years' HSEQ experience in construction
• Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety systems
• Confident managing site safety autonomously
• Cert IV WHS (minimum)
• Clear communicator with a proactive approach
