About the Position

Our client is seeking a commercial disputes lawyer with insolvency litigation experience. In the role you would work with a number of expert Partners and work on commercial litigation and insolvency litigation matters. You will act for directors, creditors and insolvency professionals.

About You

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a team player, but can also work independently. You will be passionate about providing clients with superior service.

Duties

In the role, you will:

Prepare advices for clients on insolvency disputes.

Work on insolvency disputes for creditors, directors and insolvency practitioners.

Draft and review court documents.

Appearing at court and attend conferences and mediations.

Send correspondence to parties.

Work on debt collection matters.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone with:

2-5 years PQE.

Training received at a mid-tier or well-regarded boutique litigation firm.

Experience in commercial litigation and insolvency litigation.
