The opportunity

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our Bundaberg team. We have casual, part‑time and full‑time vacancies for:

Disability & Community Support Workers (Cert III or working towards)

Enrolled Nurses (ENs) – AHPRA‑registered

Registered Nurses (RNs) – AHPRA‑registered (new grads encouraged to apply)

You’ll deliver personalised support to adults with complex medical, psychosocial and behavioural needs across home, community and educational settings.

What your day could look like

Providing clinical and/or personal care (medication, wound care, PEG feeds, mobility, hygiene).

Implementing positive behaviour support plans and promoting emotional regulation.

Facilitating communication, including AAC and other assistive technologies.

Supporting engagement in education, employment, sport and recreation.

Accompanying people on community outings, ensuring safety and inclusion.

Accurately documenting progress notes and reporting changes to the clinical team.

About you

For Support Workers: Cert III Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar (or significant lived experience).

For EN/RN roles: Current AHPRA registration.

Experience with complex care, mental health or behaviour support highly regarded.

Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).

Queensland NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or eligible to apply).

Full Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

High levels of empathy, resilience and a genuine commitment to person‑centred practice.
